At Bold Brew Co., we stand behind every bean, leaf, and brew. Because our products are perishable food items, our policy is designed to ensure safety while making sure you are 100% satisfied with your experience.
1. Our "Bold Sip" Guarantee
If you aren't happy with the flavor or quality of your coffee or tea, please let us know within 14 days of receiving your order. We want you to love what’s in your cup. We will work with you to find a replacement roast or blend that better suits your palate, or issue a store credit.
2. Non-Returnable Items
To maintain health and safety standards, we cannot accept returns on opened bags of coffee or tea. * Unopened Products: If you changed your mind, unopened and sealed bags can be returned within 30 days for a full refund (minus shipping costs).
• Sale Items: Only regular-priced items may be refunded; sale items are final sale.
3. Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or we sent you the wrong item, that’s on us! Please take a photo of the package and contact us at [Email Address] within 48 hours of delivery. We will ship out a replacement immediately at no extra cost to you.
4. Impact & Donations
Please note that because $1 from every sale is immediately committed to the Center for Missing & Exploited Children, shipping costs are non-refundable. We appreciate your understanding in helping us keep our mission sustainable.
